Wifi enabled and wired connected could access the device on wifi IP even with out wifi on the router being active because it was connected over wired. It has been a while if wired IP worked on Wifi I don't think it did..

I have NOT tried to access the WIFI IP with the WIFI disabled, and ethernet cable on.
That one time, I could access the WIRED IP over a WIFI only connection. Wire unplugged. But I was unable to duplicate it, so I consider it an anomaly at this time. Just thought it was worth sharing.
But yes indeed, both streams are present with a wire connected and WIFI enabled on the camera. EDIT - and default Ethernet card set to Wired on the camera.
