IP2M-841B-V3 camera - no WIFI tab showing in the Network Setup menu

I have 7 of the IP2M-841B-V3 cameras and one of them does not have the WIFI tab showing in the Network Setup menu. (see attached)
How can I get the WIFI tab to show?

I have tried:
1. tried doing a factory reset (full 45 second hold of the Reset button, with color change to red, a BEEP tone, then color changes from yellow to red, then green). It did not help.
2. tried the 2 versions of firmware available on the Amcrest firmware page (V2.800.1ENN001.0.R, Build Date: 2024-10-29 and V2.800.1ENN001.0.R, Build Date: 2024-10-22). Neither version presents the WIFI tab.

Are there any other things I can try? Perhaps there is a maintenance version of firmware that is needed to fix this?

Only a guess here as I just looked at mine and it has Wifi so I can't say why yours don't but here is an idea.. Remove the cable from the back of the camera.. Then Reset the camera.. Maybe it removes the Wifi if it was never there to start with as a way to trim memory.. I don't know really that is kind off odd.. You buy new or Used? Only other thing I could think of is that maybe there was something wrong with the camera and it was taken to a repair place that found the issue was with the Wifi network card and it was removed.. With out it there the software would start the system up with only software needed for the camera to function with options that it holds. If there is no card *That is soldered into the inside PCB* then may not load that part of the software..

I got this camera in a lot of used Amcrest 1080 cameras. This is the only one that presents with no wifi option. The rest of the cameras have working wifi.

As stated in my initial post, I performed the full 45 second factory reset and it did not help.
I have not opened up the unit to look for missing parts or obvious signs of failure.

I am still hoping an Amcrest representative will chime in with a solution.

Humm Ok.. Well used bunch of used cameras sounds like the main reason that camera hit that pile.. Sorry I couldn't be more Help.. I will leave you to it.. I wish you luck..
