IP2M-841B update firmware then can't rotate camera up&down

I just finished update firmware on IP2M-841B from V2.420.AC00.9.R.20151121 to V2.420.AC00.10.R.20151223 after that can't rotate camera up & down anymore but still used left & right.

I did reset button behind it but can't fix, anybody please help upload old firmware to the cloud.
I want to test it coz yesterday everything still worked fine.

I'm having the same issue with my black IP2M-841 -- but my white IP2M-841 camera works fine.

There's new firmware posted on Amcrest.com:
Amcrest_IPC-AWXX_Eng_N_P2P_V2.420.AC00.11.R.20160106.bin

I'm running the new firmware on both cameras. I haven't tried resetting the black camera yet. I don't use the up/down movement on the camera, only the left/right movement and that is working fine. I will post an update when I try to reset the black camera.

How do you upgrade the firmware exactly? I have the file downloaded to my pc. I does not seem as though I can do it via iphone because safari does not dload the file it says.

Firmware can be updated using the IP CONFIG software (that you should have installed on your PC). On Amcrest.com, find the product page then scroll down to the Documentation section. Download the User Manual (PDF) -- For the IP Camera, find section "5.4.5.6 Upgrade" for the steps on upgrading the firmware.

After upgrade to 2.420.AC00.11.R, build : 2016-01-06, then reset cam but still have same problem can't rotate camera up&down.
Only the left/right movement and that is working fine.

IP2M-841 firmware is only for Amcrest Pro HD indoor 1080 P cameras. Try doing a hard reset if the issue persists. You can also try reloading the fimware to see if that fixes the issue. If that does not work either, please contact us for an RMA at rma@amcrest.com with your proof of purchase.
