I have just bought the IP2M-841B IP camera and I have updated to the latest firmware, the problem is I cannot find the PAL setting in the System > General drop down menu, all there is NTSC no PAL, I have also looked in the Amcrest Surveillence Pro software in the Maintenance > Local Setup, only NTSC no PAL.
Can anyone help with this problem as it does say in the user manual that the camera can be changed from NTSC to PAL. also it says the language can be changed but all the is in the drop down menu is English.
I'm using Windows 7 64bit.

Unfortunately there is no option to set the video standard to PAL. Is there any specific reason why you want to change this. The camera should work fine in any country without this change.
