IP2M-841B corrupt mp4 files

Hi, recent purchaser of IP2M-841B. I have camera setup for continuous recording and pack duration set to 15 minutes. Duration works fine but noted now with mp4 files that are mostly corrupted and unviewable. Some videos are watchable while most are not; definitely not what I bargained for when I purchased this camera for home. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong? Any ideas appreciated.

I'm having exactly the same problem, although it only affects the first video in every folder, so something is happening as the camera generates a new hourly folder on my NAS via NFS. The first video ends up corrupt and unplayable.
