IP2M-841 wont rotate up on the vertical

Is there something i can do to 'unstick' the camera rotation to move in the vertical. It goes in all directions but UP.

Hello lmm ,

So do you mean the camera does not move upwards? It could be something in hardware part then. You can try slowly moving it with your hands and see if that helps. If it does not work, it may have to replaced.
