I just bought 8 of these cams for my BI 4 setup (I haven't upgraded to 5 yet. If it's not broke, don't fix it).
I have 1 cam setup and running in my bedroom. It is on my fireplace mantle. I do not have it mounted from the ceiling it is just setting on the mantle. The problem is the auto track feature sees the ceiling fan at times and then it focuses on it when it's on. If someone comes into the room, it may track them, but then goes back to the ceiling fan. I do not like this. Is there a way where I can make this camera not track the ceiling fan? Thanks

Hello and Welcome to the Forum...
I am going to guess that there might be a way to turn off and only track Humans? If this isn't the case then I would maybe see if the Grid is set in the Fan area and only have the Grid in the area that humans would enter or exit...
By the way a Word of Caution Installing Cameras in your Room can be a bad idea... There are Laws in place that make it againt the law in most areas and if it is for keeping an eye on child or parent I would make sure that there is no access to the outside world to anyone other then you because of other companies out there that have had the system Hacked and people watching cameras of people that didn't know they could be spied on...
