IP2M-841 sound

When i try to talk through the ip cam it sounds like a chipmunk. Like its playing too fast. I have tried playing with the sound settings but nothing seems to work. Any sugg9?

I just tried speaking through my 841, I had relatively good sound (understanbdable). This was through my iphone using the Amcrest app on my LAN. Sound didn't work using a different app (IP Cam Viewer Pro). Try talking through a good quality PC vs phone to see if it's the phone or app. Try talking through the LAN vs WAN to see if it's a bandwidth issue.
