this camera has worked fine in the past. All the sudden is shows up as not connected and I only get a solid red light. I have tried restarting, resetting... with no change.

Probably got assigned a different IP address after a router reset. Search for its name in your wifi's modem device list and use the IP address that is listed then, after it reconnects, make that ip address permanent so it cannot change. I posted info on how to do that on an AT&T modem earlier. It is possible it has gone bad but most likely the connection is dropped because the ip address changed.
