IP2M-841 mp4 recording is half green

Post by matthewblass »

I've got one IP2M-841 that's recording mp4's is half green and not the full viewing size either. The streaming from the app is fine and my other cameras are fine recording and streaming. I've switched some of the recording settings, but it still seems to persist. Any ideas what I can do to figure this out?
