IP Config Desktop App missing cams + another issue

Have IP Config running on my desktop. I've only got 2 wired IP cams on the NVR - neither of them are showing up in IP Config. I manually typed the IP addresses that I copied from the NVR's camera list and entered them into the search bar of IP Config. Hit enter... then refresh... nothing added. No idea why they aren't showing up - they are live and beautiful on the NVR. IP Config app IS showing my NVR, however... but it's showing it x2. On the second entry, it has an IP address that is not formatted correctly: 2001:da8:207::9401 for both IP and Gateway. No subnet. Serial number and model number, however, are identical to the other NVR shown in the list with accurate data. What the heck is going on here?

I think when you're using a NVR, only the NVR shows up. The NVR is probably showing up twice for IPv4 and IPv6.
