IP address login on all browsers fails

This is in w7 x64 ultimate. Using IE, Chrome, Chrome App, and Mozilla all fail.

The server took too long to respond is the message. I can access the camera through android apps. But it is refusing to record to SD card, which I accessed previously via IP login. I've rebooted. I've done a factory restore. I cannot get into the camera on PC. IP config tool also fails. I previously lost push notifications on android. Now this, I'm glad I withhold reviews until items are properly vetted. If I can't ever load a pre recorded events from the SD, this is a $90 paperweight. I require these recordings for an upcoming court battle. Please respond promptly.

I can log in to my second camera via all methods......

Did you check if the IP address you are using has changed? Tried to 'ping' it?

That was it.... it was still listed in my QOS as connected under the same IP.... but when I checked the generic connected devices for the MAC, it had changed. THANKS! In clearer minded times.... i may have thought of this.
