iOS Amcrest View Pro App & Still Shots

Hello all, I have an iPhone 6S running iOS 10.3 using Amcrest View Pro App. I can do live view on the app with no problem. I can view recorded video off the SD Card with no problem. What I can't seem to do is view the still shots off the SD Card using the app. I can view the still shots using the web browser and a computer. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong? Thanks for any help.
