Insufficient privileges when trying to view clips.on app

I have an Amcrest camera outside and when I try to view the clips the Android Amcrest Pro app says insufficient privileges. I talked to someone on tech support but it didn't fix the issue. He logged in remotely to check stuff and I also removed the camera and added it again
