Infrared/Night Vision not engaging when it's dark

Infrared/Night Vision not engaging when it's dark

3 out of my 4 960h cameras enagage their night vision setting. One, however does not. I can engage it with a magnet. Does this mean that the camera is faulty?

Hi awferrao ,

Please check power adopter for the cameras because if any voltage drop it will not turn ON the IR LED's.
