incorrect password?
I'm trying to reinstall my android app and outside wireless cam but it won't let me see live view because it says I have the wrong user name or password. I can view live via the cloud but not the pro app? Help!

The error message is because of wrong password. Please note that the username and password to login in the cloud and that for the camera could be different. If it does not work for you, please hard reset the camera and start again. Note that this will require you to sometimes unmount the camera from the mount and set it up from scratch.
