Importing camera into PC-NVR not working

I have a wireless camera model IP2M-842W which I successfully installed and connected to my router and being able to watch live through the web browser, android phone and Amcrest Surveillance Pro.
All ok, except when I'm trying in Amcrest Surveillance Pro to add the camera to a PC-NVR, I clicked on the Remote Device button and then on the Plus button to add the camera, got the camera listed on the screen but when I selected the camera, will not display on the right screen to be able to add the channel window.

Try clicking on the "Default Group" label instead of the actual camera. I still can't get PC-NVR to work end-to-end, but clicking on "Default Group" at least gets the stream to appear in that right panel.

I've posted a similar question here https://amcrest.com/forum/technical-dis ... 11035.html. I am still unable to set-up PC-NVR on my IP2M-841B camera (added to Surveillance Pro using P2P). I can see video fine and control the camera. As mentioned in my post, I can see the camera in the PC-NVR tab, when selecting "Remote Device." When highlighting the camera, however, I do not get the expect live feed image or the "import" option... nothing appears. (I've also tried just selecting the "Default Group" and double clicking on the camera.)

Any help is appreciated.
