I don't receive the push notification !!??

hi, I'm close to returning this camera.... I was able to set it in my android phone easily. BUT..... I had to spend 2 hours with 2 technicians to try to view live on my computer. I was able finally to get it not wifi but wired to my router. WIsh I could get it via wifi also !!

I also told them I could not get the push notification. I have made the set up on the web page for video detection. The last technician told me to delete the app and reinstall on my cell.

I did that... selected as well the push notification in the app.

My cell is also open for push notification for the app.It is even the priority one.....

But STILL NO PUSH NOTIFICATION ??? what's the purpose then to have a camera if I don't get notified ?

Hello petiteplume,

I understand how frustrating that was for you. It appears you have already tried everything but please ensure the following is done.

!) Schedule for motion detection is set in the camera web UI and detection area is set.
2) Push notification is enabled on the app and you have selected 'Live view' as push type
3) Make sure motion detection is enabled in the push notification setting as well.
5) If all this is done and still not working delete the camera from the app and add again and try the steps again
