How to view recorded videos from FTP?

I have successfully set up and tested my camera to record on motion to my ftp account. How do I view the recording in the cameras web interface? I only see the option to view what's on the SD card.

Hello hekg1 ,

The camera cannot playback recordings from the FTP location. It can only do so from the SD card. The recordings from FTP will have to be played back using any supported video players.

Ok, do you recommend any good ones for Mac or iPHone? thanks

For Mac , you can use VLC media player. If the camera is recording in .dav format, you need to use Amcrest Smart play.
