I am using PC-NVR with an IP2M-841.
In the PC-NVR, I have set up the remote device & disk Management (I have allocated a 2tb for the recording), per the instruction at: https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ar ... -IP2M-841-
Next I gave it a schedule to record (on regular/motion as a test).... but when I go to PLAYBACK and follow this guide:

But in My case, it show that there has been NO recording or records of any kind.
Also follow the instruction at: https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ar ... -on-PC-Mac
But nothing was saved, and during the "PLAYBACK" tab it show that nothing was recorded.
Anyone know how to get it to record to the PC-Hard Drive?
