How To Move Quickly Along Timeline?

How do I jump quickly to that tiny recording (indicated by arrow)? For the life of me, I can't figure it out! If I zoom in to 2H or 1H or 30M, it goes off screen to the right and I don't know how to get there...

You should be able to click the Files icon(Three line in it) on the right side of screen. Then double click the file you want.
