Adding and configuring cams to my 4108 NVR and my network using View Pro sometimes works and other times fails.
My question is: If I have access to my router, Amcrest View, and IP config (which I do), can I manually add my wi-fi cameras one at a time manually without using the wifi or ethernet configuration set-up mode on my iPad/iPhone?
If yes, what is the order of steps? NVR 1st? Web interface 1st? When the online Amcrest techs do things I can't seem to follow the order of steps they perform.

You can add the cameras to Network from the web interface form PC. Once the cameras are connected to Wifi, you can add them to the NVR. The following video explains the PC set up of IP cameras.
