How to fix DVR automatic incorrect time changing

If you have any issues with your time automatically changing and being incorrect here is how I fixed my issue with my AMDV7208 and it might fix your issue too.

I fixed it by un-checking the NTP which automatically updates the time from time.windows.com and always made the time on my DVR about 8hrs off.




**Note** I have tried to reply to other posts about this but for some reason the forums are redirecting me to the board index when I hit submit, or putting me in a "log in" loop when I click on reply.

Doing this did fix the issue for me. I unchecked NTP and left the GMT at -6 and set the time manually.
