I'm on the playback page and I see the list of videos in the file menu under playback. If I click on one it shows 0%. How do I download the video to my desktop?
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I cannot find any info that could help!

It's working now!
Evidently Amcrest software does not like certain characters within the password. THIS held me up for hours try to just get the PC software to work. I could log in but could not see the video. After trying different passwords it started working. After making the password even more simpler now I can download!
