I could not find anything in search feature that was correct.

Hello suprcharg ,

Under PC-NVR settings, you can free the space you allocated for any drive and then allocate the space on any drive you want.

I'm not sure where you were sending me...but, I just found it under Home page, Settings Tab at bottom, then scroll over to General icon.(which is hidden unless you scroll to the right)
