HikVision ONVIF config Issue

Aloha... Trying to view the main stream out of a HikVision DS-2CD2732F-I. No issues finding the cameras on the network and I have tried several port settings for both HTTP and server ports. I have seen where some posting say Amcrest is of no help and says, just buy different cameras... one guy says he was able to view and record onvip cams... any assistance or options to try would be much appreciated... trying to catch a plane home:-(
