HELP! Ip3m-943 health check user name password nightmare!

I bought this camera about a month ago. And has been a nightmare since I have had it. I am completely overwhelmed. Went through the steps of hooking the camera up. Got the LIVE feed on Amcrest view. So Downloaded the Amcrest cloud seeing noting was saving to the card in the camera. And the fun began. The camera was not recording? reste it? Not recording? Contacted support and love the emails you get a response to every couple days ugh. so they tell me i have to log onto my PC because my user name and password does not match? what? have not idea what they are talking about but come on the PC and do it. OKay it records for a day and my camera does a health check and again my user name and password do not match? Are you kidding?!!!!! weeks of endless help from support I figure out if I delete the cloud app from my phone, and delete the account from the cpomputer, unplug the camera and start fresh....a week and Im golden........ until the health check!!!!!!!!!! and all over again. so I have been doing this ritual over and over. Until tonight I go on the PC and I cant do anything o nthe site? or the cloud app? UGGGHHHH! And would have mailed it back long ago if I had not had someone install it behind my siding and drilled a hole in my bedroom wall to plug it in. Have chronic DVT so not like IM climbing the ladder! very frustrating. Anyone having these issues? or any suggestions?

Get the cheap nvr 1104 and buy a 2 or 4 to hard drive. Forget the stinking cloud, I did.
