HELP - Backing up wrong day/time of footage from what I entered???

Post by tstone3 »

I backed up footage and clearly identified what day and time of footage I wanted to save to my thumb drive. After backing it up, I go to review the footage and it is off by a full day and a few hours... Any idea on what is going on here and how to fix this? I need to back this footage up before I lose it and only have a couple more days to do so. I have tried twice now and same result both times...

Obviously, you've verified the date and time on the DVR? It's pretty straight forward. You're using the Backup function, right?

Please reread my original post T84A, yes I've done everything and made sure the date and time was correct and it backed up a completely different day more than 24 hours later.

Well, I don't see where you verified the date and time setting on the DVR in the OP. Pretty basic to do. Amcrests software is the same as Q See and Q See's works fine.
