Clicking on the "HD" toolbar button gives me choices between SD and HD modes. Changing from SD to HD resolution makes the video feed excrutiatingly slow, and that's on my home wifi network (both Amcrest wifi camera and smartphone wifi go to same wifi router). I realize that going high-definition means more traffic volume but is there something I do to get HD quality but a bit less traffic volume and far less lag in the video?
Also, after tapping the HD button and seeing the SD and HD choices, there is a pencil "edit" button next to each. I tap on that and it looks like I could pick different video configs using a spinwheel selector. Nope, the settings cannot be changed, so what was the point of having an edit option?

Hello VanguardLH ,
Thank you for all your feedback on the app and the product. Some of the features on the app are in development stage. I am forwarding your suggestions to our R&D team . You can also leave your feedback through the app.
You can edit the mainstream settings on the app. For this tap on the menu on the top left of the app and go 'Configuration center'. There you can select 'Video stream' and set the bit rate to a lower one if needed for the 'Mainstream'.
