Hd livestream freeze
Hd livestream freeze
My livestream plays in SD on my phone but HD freezes. My other set of cameras at different location works fine on phone. Any ideas?

This could be happening for a few reasons, This could be related to network limitation and or the settings for HD within the app when switching could be causing a conflict within the live view. I would definitely recommend contacting us so an agent or myself can work with you directly to troubleshoot and resolve the issue with you.
