Having problems with this camera I'm borrowing?

So my mom just recently bought this new camera

Its a JVC Everio 45x zoom. SD HC. It says this: SuperLux on the side as well. Model No. GZ-MS110BU. Its a camcorder.

So here is the problem. I recorded some videos with this camera and then i uploaded them. Then a few days later I made some new videos just as I did with the first set of videos, but now when I upload the videos either my internet explorer says it stops working or the windows live picture gallery says it stops working. It wont let me upload the videos and I need them for a christmas vid I'm making. And i can't remake them.

Any ideas whats the matter? And how to fix it?

Probably too old to have Windows 10 drivers.
