Why are there gaps in the recorded playback through the sd card of the ip pro hd camera?
Are there issues with the camera recording continuously to the sd card?
Please see attached screenshot.
Thanks.
gaps in sd card playback
Re: gaps in sd card playback
Hi there,
Could you confirm if you have enabled the motion detection recording or the full time recording on the camera settings? If it is on full time recording and still you have this issue it would probably due to a network issue. Please make sure the camera is getting sufficient range from your WiFi.

Hello Albert. Please note the answers:Albert wrote:Could you confirm if you have enabled the motion detection recording or the full time recording on the camera settings? - This is in a full-time recording mode. There is no motion detection.
- There is no WiFI, as the camera is directly connected to the LAN switch.
- Why would this be a network issue when the camera is having gaps when recording to its own internal SD card? This is a brand new Class 10 SanDisk Ultra 32GB microSDHC UHS-I Card.
