FTP subfolders (lots)

Post by wwgchico »

HI,

We are uploading the image taken from the camera (720P) via FTP. We want it to put the images all in one folder so we can send the latest photo to another location but the processing from the camera puts it in several subfolders. Is there a way or setting to have the images go into one folder even when the image is from different time periods? (i.e. it takes two images a day and always goes into the "Camera" folder on the ftp drive). Having multiple folders for every time period it takes an photo has been very difficult to allow us to automate things since the latest image is always in a different folder. I have tried changing our FTP settings to allow no subfolders but then no images arrive. Any ideas or tricks would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Matt

Hello wwgchico,
I understand the inconvenience with this. Unfortunately there is no setting where you can modify how the snapshots are stored on FTP. We will forward this as a suggestion to the developers.
