Firmware update for IP8M-2493E

Hi Amcrest team,

I was told (by you support group) that you are working on a fix for the misbehaving firmware on my 4K IP camera.
I bought this because it should be able to take snapshots at a regular time interval, but it does not. It takes some snapshots during the night, and lather deletes them in a random order.

It's now been nearly 4 mounts since i got response of you that it's on its way. The building site i wanted to take snapshots of is almost done. Until now i have gathered video footage instead, eating up my storage.

Any ideas on when you will have the next release available? My current firmware is: V2.460.AC01.0.R.20
