Firefox version 56.0 will not install plugin.

Cannot use IE well because i am on W10 and MS is phasing IE out in favor of Edge. Edge does not work with Amcrest software. Neither does Chrome. What are we, your clients, supposed to use? Please do not ask me to drop back from W10 to W8.1 or to W7. Also, I really do not want to drop back in any of my browsers. But, if I must, I must. But what browser and to which level should I back up to?

Is there a proprietary browser that we should be using? If yes, how do we get it?

Currently it works in IE 11. Firefox version if you are rolling back to older version 49 it should work. We apologize currently the option are limited. You can also use the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software.
