False motion alerts

I am away from hom and getting false motion push alerts on my phone every 20 seconds. I have put sensitivity down to 2 and get the same

Try Sensitivity 60, Threshold 10

If you're looking outside, make sure trees branches are not subject to motion detection.

I dont get an option to change threshold from my phone
