Hi,
I have AMDV7208 DVR and IP camera and they were setup and all working fine.
I usually connected to the DVR via Web Access on my laptop running window 10 on Internet Explorer browser
Recently, I updated my operating system and discovered my DVR web apps image window is offset not viewed properly.
As option, I downloaded Amcrest Web access app via google chrome, it's only the IP camera that works fine but the DVR could not be viewed via web access.
Please help out.

I tried install the plugin but still could not work fine.

You might try this:
Go to Windows Display Settings and change the resolution to 1920x1080 and set the scaling to 100%.
