Distorted Still Images - IP2M-842

[Irritated]

I have my two IP2M-842 cameras set to e-mail and store images via FTP (QNAP) on motion but about 15% of the images are distorted. Note that the distorted images (below) are comprised of the snapshot re-arranged. This happens with both cameras which are new. How do I fix this? I would hate for this to happen on an important image.
