DHCP/Static IP Address Etc. Not updating as shown - No remote connections

DHCP/Static IP Address Etc. Not updating as shown - No remote connections

So, I followed the instructions to update my DHCP and static ip address and the DHCP does not pull the information from the system as shown ,it stays at "0". How do I get the new IP address etc. so I can use it on my android phone and computer browser?

Also, during setup on the page you can scan the QR code to allow remote access on my android phone, the box is checked but it says offline, there is no option for it to go online.

Any assistance would be great!
