Detection area alignment?

Post by ruttrow »

When I click the boxes in the detection area, they show up in a different quadrant. It is always up four squares, and two to the left. Is there a way to realign the boxes with clicking?

I have a 4MP IP4M-1026B

Thanks,

Can I ask, is this on a PC and Monitor, a tablet, mobile phone?

If it is on a Windows PC then I would suggest as a first step checking that your display settings/scale and layout
is set to 100%.

Windows 10 PC/tablet. Looks like a laptop, but the display is touch screen. You are 100% correct, my display was at 150%. Thanks for the quick reply! It worked!

Glad that it's resolved.

To be honest I find it difficult to understand the purpose of having two settings that do much the same thing but 'fight' with one another, display resolution and scale and layout that cause trouble for users. 'Bad' settings aren't always apparent because most software is scaling aware ;)
