Defect in latest IP4M-1025E Firmware - Rename Error

After updating, I can no longer change the camera name.

Location of form Setup, System , General.

I have tried rebooting and uploading the firmware again.. No go.

This name is used when FTPing so I cannot rename the name of the images folder to something useful.

I have 4 of these, and I changed the camera name before I updated to the V2.400.0001.15.R 3/28/17 Firmware. I do not do that with this one, or it was reset back to the factory settings after the firmware upgrade.

It would be really nice if Amcrest would fix this.

it's quite a few other models too. I've reported this issue on the ip3m-956 and ip3m-943. the latest firmware is just garbage.

Do you know where we can download older firmware versions??

I am wondering how to find the latest firmware version for IP4M-1025E. Mine is showing "Software Version 2.400.0002.15.R, Build Date: 2017-04-26". Is it the current version?
