DDNS Settings Keep Resetting After Restart

Hi. I have the dvd system showsn here: https://amcrest.com/amcrest-amdv7218-4b ... meras.html.

I find however that whenever I restart the DVR system, the DDNS settings go back to default. I keep having to set it back to what it should be.

How can I fix this?

Please try using a different DDNS service like Amcrestddns. In the DDNS list there should be an option for this.

sorry to bring up an old thread, but I have the same issue, 4 channel 720p DVR, AMDV7204-2B2D

everything is configured and working fine, but if the system is restarted or there is a blackout...network settings come back with the factory default settings..so I have to reconfigure the static ip and the DDNS settings

seems more like a glitch with the software in the DVR. any ideas?

mines doing the same thing. i updated firm ware and its doing the same thing as yours. did you finally get a solution
