Date & Time format changes after restart on NVR

Date & Time format changes after restart on NVR

Hi All,

I change the Date format to MM-DD-YY and Time format to 12-Hour Period.
However each time I restart the NVR the Date and Time format changes back to the default.

How do I get the Date and Time to stay?
