Date and time problem

Post by billyinhudsonfl »

Today 8/26/17
I have the Amcrest IP2M-841 ProHD 1080P with the latest firmware 2.520.AC00.18.R.
It is connected via Ethernet.

The date & time stamp on the video will not stay current.
I have synced it through the system settings . Have clock.isc.org enabled.
Accessing my router is the right time.

Any suggestions :?:

Thanks,
Billy.

I have the same problem on all three of my Amcrest cameras. Time is always offset by one hour. Where is NTP settings in Setup? I only see the option of overlay.

The answer is... you have to use the IP Config tool and not browse to the camera. That's where the time sync configuration item is. Why can't this be put in the other UI options?
