Constant change of Time format

Hello all... So I have been chasing an issue and as of today I am going to call it as I found my Issue...

So I have my systems setup that is either my Cameras or DVRs to be Month Day Year and 12h format... However it has been an issue that all my Cameras date and time would change after a Restart or the weekly reboot and things like that, they would change back to the default and it would Irk me... Well I made some changes to my setup about a week ago now changing my Passwords. Doing so for what ever reason keep getting me locked out of my DVR's Even though I changed the Password in PC-NVR.. So I just deleted out PC-NVR and have not accessed the ASP since.. In this time and I have had a few different Reboots since.. Guess what NO MORE CHANGING MY TIME... I have had it set to month, day year for over a week and had at least 9 reboots from IP cameras and DVR's and such and the date format has stayed as I have had them set...

SO that only leaves one thing that has been removed and that is PC-NVR and access of ASP.. So I am going to guess it has been the issue as from this time on I am not going to use ASP or PC-NVR for now... Maybe after a Update of PC-NVR and ASP I will try it again until then i am good with my things going to FTP as backups
