Connect IP2M-841 camera to external speaker

Hello all;

I am trying to connect the audio output of my IP2M-841 IP camera with external speaker, but unfortunately I could not get audio on speaker. To test the speaker I connected it with my mobile and i worked fine. Also the MIC of the camera is working well since I can hear audio on my tablet.

Is there any settings I have to do in order to connect the camera with speaker?

I read somewhere else on this forum about the need for powered speakers (and/or microphones) for this purpose. Sorry I cannot provide a direct link to the thread!
