I have AMDV960H4. I see a Cut button but it doesnt appear to do anything when clicked on. How do I get the snippet of the thief so I can send it to the police?

Hi,

It will be easier if you download the file from the File List option. For this go to Playback. Select the date and click on the File list option. Input the start time and end time at the top. You can select the download format as .dav or .mp4 (compatible with most of the media players). Select the Video you want to download and press the download icon.

I am attaching a snapshot for your reference.

The attachment is what I see when I go to Playback. I must be on an older version or something?

They have an issue on Cloud at present which may be the reason, apparently we should try again in 24 hours
