cannot view cam image

I have an Amcrest IP2M-842W and when I try to login to the cam, I get (in Chrome) "Please click here to download and install the plug-in". I did install the plug-in, but it keeps asking to install and I cannot see the image. Amcrest Web view is installed in Chrome. I tried Firefox and Edge, and they don't work either. I can get access to the setup of the cam, but no image, in all the browsers.

Chrome is not fully supported at the moment. It should work in Firefox as well as Internet Explorer. Install plugins and allow the plugins when it prompts after logging in. Please contact our support if the issue is unresolved.
