Cannot set up new IP2M-841 cameras

I just received Friday, two IP2M-841(one black and one white) that I ordered from Amazon. I did this as I was getting very frustrated using the Nest Drop-cams!

I've made numerous attempts to set-up and configure these cameras using both the Apple App and also via my desktop without any success. Has anyone here had any luck with the phone support number?

This is very frustrating!

Are you trying to connect via wifi or hardwire?
