Cannot download Surveillance Pro

I clicked the link and downloaded the exe file. I execute it and a welcome pops up. But nothing else happens. It just sits on the welcome page. There is no "next" button, etc. What gives? I am running Windows 10.

We are sorry for the trouble. Please try the below workaround.
open the exe file, press enter key once, press tab key 5 times and then press left arrow, press enter, press enter and that should install it.
